Break Fast Special: OMELETTE PACKET

INGRDIENTS:

2 egg, 1 onion (finely chopped), 2 green chilies (finely chopped), 1 tbsp.green coriander (finely chopped), ¾ tsp. salt, ¾ tsp. black pepper powder, 2 tbsps. Milk, 250 Gms. Fresh paneer (cottage cheese), 2 cheese slices, 2 tbsps. butter.

METHOD:

Cut paneer to the size of cheese slices. Break eggs and keep the yolks and white separately. Mix two tbsps. of milk and beat the white till puffy. Add yolk and beat again. Melt a tbsp. of butter in a frying pan. Add ½ of chopped onion, ½ of chopped green chilly and ½ of green coriander to the beaten egg and prepare an omlette. Sprinkle ½ of salt and black pepper on the omlette and fry both the sides. Put paneer slices in the centre and fold the omlette like a packet from all the sides towards the center. Serve this omlette packet with salad. Prepare other omlettes the same way.
